The DigiComPass project is an innovative initiative aimed at revolutionizing adult education in the digital age. At its core, the project focuses on the development and evaluation of pilot courses centered around the items highlighted in the DigComp 2.1 Citizens framework.

- Training course for adult learners, based on Flipped learning 3.0

This includes the Pedagogical Framework. The project is grounded in the principles of Flipped Learning 3.0, ensuring a learner-centric approach that emphasizes active, collaborative, and authentic learning experiences.
Another part in this document is the Quality-Enhanced Framework. DigiComPass emphasizes the importance of quality in course creation, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that the educational offerings are both effective and relevant. An innovation is the use of the implemented Quality Circles. - Recognition Model for Europe
One of the standout features of the project is its comprehensive recognition model. This model outlines the curriculum, training environment, evaluation and grading criteria, and offers consistent certification that aligns seamlessly with the Europass CV. While designed for Europe, the model has been crafted with global applicability in mind. - Modern Digital Badges
Maintaining the digital focus, the project employs the open badges system for its recognition model. These modern digital badges offer a contemporary way to recognize and validate learning. - Floating Guide
To ensure the project remains relevant in the ever-evolving digital landscape, a “floating guide” has been developed. This guide outlines the adaptation process for future developments, ensuring the project’s longevity. - Training course

To ensure the continued growth and maintenance of the DigiComPass concept, the team established a European Association. This body will be responsible for upholding the standards and principles of the project.
