The Association for the Promotion and Development of the ‘Digital Competencies Passport’ (DigiComPass) was established in January 2024, as a non-profit organization formed by the partners of the Erasmus+ Project 2022-1-CY01-KA220-ADU-000085965. Our mission is rooted in enhancing and spreading digital competencies across Europe, focusing primarily on managing and advancing the “DigiComPass” training course. This course, developed by the Transnational Project Group under the aforementioned project, is available as an Open Educational Resource (OER) to ensure broad accessibility and impact.
At DigiComPass, we are dedicated to promoting our foundational training course throughout Europe and beyond. We strive to foster a vibrant network of members who provide and continuously improve upon this training. Our activities are geared towards providing ongoing education and support to both members and other interested parties, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary digital skills to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
Our commitment to the development of digital competencies is supported through various non-material resources. These include hosting and participating in both virtual and in-person lectures, assemblies, international conferences, and discussion events. We also focus on the publication of educational materials and the establishment of a virtual library to serve as a central resource for our members and the public.
The financial sustainability of our initiatives is secured through entry fees, membership dues, and the generous donations of our supporting members, alongside proceeds from our various publications.
Join us at DigiComPass as we lead the charge in revolutionizing the landscape of digital education, creating a world where every individual is empowered with essential digital skills.
